[ Moving away is the last thing that Kageyama wants Cater to do but he's also unsure of what to do with himself at the moment and the urge to run and hide or otherwise cat is strong.
But he doesn't want that again and so he takes a steady breath in the moments he has, keeping himself calm, hopefully.
His heart does race, though when their lips press together. His eyes stay open for a moment before he closes them and luckily all that is cat of him is still the ears. His hands hang awkwardly at his sides. But this time now that he didn't immediately shift he can really savor the moments their lips touch.
Honestly, he doesn't have any idea how one is supposed to go about being a good kisser, though... and that is starting to push itself into the forefront of his mind because he's pretty sure that Cater is really, really good at this.
At least he makes Kageyama feel really, really good. ]
